ELOTEX redispersible rubber powder can be mixed with other dry materials in the mixing equipment on the market to produce powdery finished products. Since ELOTEX redispersible rubber powder has thermoplastic properties, the mixing time should be shortened as much as possible to avoid a significant increase in temperature caused by high shear. Both hydraulic and non-hydraulic dry mixes mixed with ELOTEX redispersible rubber powder can be easily mixed with water before construction.

When mixing the powdered product, the mixing water is usually poured into a suitable container according to the required amount, and then the powdery dry mix is added while stirring. Excessive stirring will introduce excess air bubbles. Before use, the mixture should be allowed to stand for a while. According to the performance of other additives, the standing time is about 1-5 minutes.
